General Information

Order Payment:

Custom orders require a 50% deposit, with the balance of payment due to be charged upon shipment of order. Non-imprinted orders will be charged when your final order amount with shipping has been determined.

Additional Charges May Apply:

Due to the variable shipping costs based on specific items selected and delivery locations, we are not able to calculate shipping rates during checkout. All shipping charges will be calculated once we have received your delivery address file and finalied your order.

Due to the custom nature of many of our products, additional charges may be required based on your imprint selections or delivery requirements. One of our friendly and helpful customer service reps will contact you regarding any potential additional charges PRIOR to submitting your order for fulfillment.

A Gift Card fee of $1.50 per item ordered will be applied to your order during checkout. Enter the From and Occasion information below and specify which items are gifts by checking the Gift checkbox next to your items. If you'd prefer to not include gift cards with your shipment, please uncheck the Yes checkbox below and do not mark individual line items as a Gift. For orders not specified as gifts, no messaging will be sent with your packages.

Changes and Cancellations:

• Any change to an order that is in production may result in delayed shipment or additional fees. No changes to orders can be made within 48 hours of shipment.
• Changes or additions to orders in production may be allowed and are at the sole discretion of Doubly Gifted based on where your order is in its fulfillment process. Your addition will be produced based upon our normal production schedule, and price per unit will be determined by the quantity of the addition, not the quantity of the original order.
• Given that there is a donation component, there are no returns. Cancellations must be in writing and are subject to acceptance by Doubly Gifted. All labor and materials used prior to cancellation date will be charged.

Shipping Details:

• We are not able to ship internationally at this time. 
• All shipping addresses must be on a single Excel spreadsheet per order. Download our Delivery Address Detail Sheet here.
• Address lists must be provided in the Excel spreadsheet provided above 7 business days prior to shipping.
• UPS and FedEx will not accept customer shipping labels.
• UPS and FedEx will NOT deliver to PO Boxes and will not accept addresses without a zip code. Additional fees will be assessed for incorrect or missing zip codes or address details.
• Any incorrect shipping address will result in a $10.00 net fee per address. This will be a "pass through" and only charged if we are invoiced for an address correction from UPS or FedEx.
• Most carriers DO NOT guarantee transit time during the month of December and especially at two weeks before Christmas.
• We are not responsible for shipments lost, delayed or returned because of incomplete or incorrect address.
• Shipping during warm weather months may require express shipping to ensure quality.
• Seasonal Availability: Almost all items are available for shipment year-round. However, shipments of certain items at temperatures of 75 degrees and above between November 1-March 1, or at other times of the year, may require additional charges for shipping and packaging.
• During checkout, you will have the opportunity to specify your desired shipping date. The turnaround time for customization and order processing is 1-3 weeks depending on customization. Please allow for the appropriate turnaround time when determining a ship date. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR SHIPPING DELAYS ENROUTE.
• We will be happy to ship on your own 3rd party account number. There is no fee associated with this. Please specify your UPS or FedEx account number in the Additional Information's Special Requests section during checkout.

Imprinting Details:

• All receipients on an order will receive the same gift card. If you want a different card, please submit a separate order to change the card.
• Call for information on more than one color imprinting, or additional imprinting options that may be available.
• Artwork will be sized to maximum imprint area unless otherwise specified.
• General artwork guidelines: We accept hi-res art files, compatible with Adobe Illustrator. All art must be vector with all text converted to curves/outlines. See addtional information provided on individual product pages for specific artwork specs for the gifts you select.
• Normal production time after art approval for imprinted products is 2-3 weeks. See additional information on individual product pages for more specific details.

Supplier Disclaimers:

• Fresh Beginnings - Cookie assortments have a minimum quantity of 48, even if not imprinted. The shelf life on baked goods is 2 weeks. All cookies are baked the day your order ships to ensure freshness. Custom imprinted orders require a setup fee as noted on individual product pages.
• Entrees to Excellence - Adult signatures are required on all alcholol and cigar gifts. Wine gift baskets not available for delivery to all states.
• Sweet Nut Tree - Reserves the right to substitute similar items of greater or equal value if necessary to ensure shipment on time. Many custom-imprinted tins are available with no setup charge. Other imprinted orders require a setup fee as noted on individual product pages.
• Gifted Expressions - All standard orders have a minimum quantity of 24, and custom orders which include custom product additions have higher minimum quantities. Some components in gourmet designs may need to be substituted due to unavailability of the product. Items replaced will be similar and of equal or greater value. From May through September, chocolates will be substituted with other confections to ensure arrival in perfect condition. Because of various customs restrictions for food and spa related products, we are unable to ship to APO or FPO addresses or U.S. territories.
